Hey girl, Well, I will be very honest with you and anyone that is interested... We bought it with the cash we got from selling our Harber Meadows house in June of 2007. We paid $14,000 total with closing costs. We basically threw our money away, which really sucks, because within a year, prices dropped drastically for the price of a lot in Bella Vista. So, we will probably never get our money back and we are just trying to get as much as we can for it. So, we will consider any offer given to us.
